OLD MAN RIVER

This design was presented to a black community group in East St. Louis, Illinois, an economically depressed city. This stadium-shaped megastructure, sheltered by a 1.5km-wide geodesic dome, would provide homes and services for 25 000 families on the banks of the Mississippi.
