DYMAXION

According to Marks (p.21), Buckminster Fuller was advised to acquire a more attractive name for the 4-D House, and with the help of an advertising wordsmith, Waldo Warren, the word "Dymaxion" was coined by selecting suitable syllables from Fuller's account of his design ideas. The roots of this name are "dynamism", "maximum", and "ions".
