Sally Horner, an accomplished singer of folk, jazz and other styles, produced an album of unaccompanied songs, "Peculiar Flowers", in 1999.
In Horner and Horn, she teamed up with trombonist Paul Taylor, proving that, on the "acoustic music" scene, guitars are not compulsory.
The debut concert was held at Nightingale House, September 2000. This was followed by an appearance at the legendary Klinker.
