DESIGN SCIENCE EVENT FLOW

Discussing teleology in Design Strategy (Utopia Or Oblivion, p.364), Fuller lists the sequence of events involved in generalized, comprehensive, anticipatory design science.

The subjective phase, of search and research, comprises: teleology, intuition, conception, apprehension, comprehension, experiment, and feedback.

This is then generalized into the objective phase, broadly divided into: objective development, reduction to practice, and regeneration. Included here is prototyping, tooling, production, installation, and recirculation.
